服务条款 (Terms of Service)

在下载、安装或使用 PokerWise (德扑教练)（以下简称“本 App”）之前，请仔细阅读本服务条款。使用本 App 即表示您同意受本条款的约束。

1. 产品性质与非博彩严肃声明

本 App 是一款仅供个人智力思维训练、博弈策略学习与复盘诊断的教育辅助工具。本 App 严正拒绝并禁止任何形式的真钱赌博或非法活动。任何利用本 App 用于非法目的的行为均违反本服务条款。

2. 虚拟积分与应用内购买 (IAP)

本 App 内提供的挑战桌积分仅作为单机模拟对局买入与解锁难度的凭证：

• 积分不具备任何现实货币价值；
• 积分严禁并无法在任何平台兑换现金、实物或有价证券；
• 所有内购交易均通过 Apple In-App Purchase 完成，受 Apple 标准条款约束。除 Apple 官方政策规定的情形外，已消耗积分不予退还。

3. 知识产权

本 App 包含的所有代码、求解器算法结构、PKB 数据压缩技术、UI 视觉设计、3D 头像资产与文字内容均受相关著作权与知识产权法律法规保护。未经明确书面许可，严禁逆向工程、反编译或抓取数据。

4. 免责声明

本 App 中的 GTO 策略建议基于数学纳什均衡模型生成，仅供战术参考与学习使用。开发者不保证用户在外部任何实战牌局中的胜率或收益，亦不承担因个人决策导致的任何损失。

5. 条款修改与终止

我们保留随时更新本条款的权利。修改后的条款将在本页面发布并生效。若您继续使用本 App，即表示接受修改后的条款。

Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before downloading, installing, or using PokerWise. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of the Product & Non-Gambling Declaration

PokerWise is strictly an educational strategy trainer and decision-analysis tool designed for mental training and learning. The App strictly prohibits and does not facilitate any real-money gambling. Any misuse of the App for illegal purposes constitutes a violation of these terms.

2. Virtual Credits & In-App Purchases (IAP)

In-app credits are purely virtual simulated markers for practicing against AI opponents:

• Credits hold zero monetary or cash value;
• Credits cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for real currency or real-world goods;
• All purchases are processed securely through Apple StoreKit under Apple's standard terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, solver logic, PKB compression format, interface designs, 3D artwork, and written materials in PokerWise are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

GTO recommendations are generated via theoretical mathematical models for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee win rates or outcomes in external poker games.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
